NAH LUMINA, which translates to “House of Light,” draws from the word Nah in Yucatec Maya, meaning “house,” and Lumina, which evokes light, illumination, and clarity.
Together, the name conveys a space dedicated to growth, transformation, and spiritual connection.
Founded by Laura Garnweidner, NAH LUMINA offers transformative experiences in the healing and personal development space, with a special focus on women’s work.
From intimate day retreats and coaching to transformative retreats and educational experiences, each offering is designed to invite you into a deeper connection with yourself.

Laura is the founder of NAH LUMINA, Psychedelic Breath Facilitator, Reiki Master, Business Mental Trainer and Somatic Movement (Embodied Flow).
She loves to share tools to tap into the only source of true knowing: your heart.
After stepping away from leading corporate marketing companies in the lifestyle industry, Laura moved from Europe to Indonesia and eventually to Mexico. Today, she works internationally with clients and communities across Europe, Latin America and beyond.
She works happily guiding woman around the world through
breath, somatic movement and coaching into a transformational
process to connect deeper with themselves to step into their full
potential as heart based leaders.
